1.Contact with Customer Service for Deposit

Steps:

  1. Please contact the online customer service for obtaining the correct deposit bank account.
  2. After obtaining the account of deposit bank, please complete the actual remittance procedure first. It has three manners to be selected:" Online Bank Transfer", "ATM Transfer", "Deposit at Bank Counter"
  3. Deposit completeed in accordance with the above steps, please visit the website to complete the deposit operations sequentially, "Trade Center: Deposit" → "Payment: Method: Contact with Customer Service" → fill in "Cash Voucher"→ "Submit"Deposit.
  4. Please be sure to fill in the Cash Voucher and submit it, after your Cash Voucher sumitted successfully, the amount will be added up to "My Account" within 10 minutes.

Notice:

  1. We recommend you to select the same bank, because transfers between branches of same bank will have your funds instantly credited into your account. But interbank funds transfer may delay it.
  2. Online banking transfer: Login to your own internet banking account and follow the procedure for transferring money to the specified bank account.
  3. ATM Transfer: Customer who has not online banking account can simply take debit card to his/her institution’s ATM to deposit.
  4. Counter deposit: Go to your bank in person to complete the procedure of transfer and deposit.
  5. The Deposit Bank of the Company will be changed at any time, please contact with our online customer service to acquire Account of Deposit Bank for use at every Deposit procedure. We do not bear any obligation for the expiration of your Deposit Account. Appreciate for your kind cooperation in advance.

2.Payment of Third Party

Steps:

  1. Please visit the website to complete the deposit operations sequentially, "Trade Center: Deposit" → "Payment: select Third Party Payment on Cash Flow Company" →fill in the "Cash Voucher" → "Submit" →Enter"Online Payment Page".
  2. Enter the "Online Payment Page", please follow the instructions on online payment page.
  3. Please be sure to fill in your bank account information, after successful payment, the amount will be added to "My Account" within 10 minutes.

  1. Please close your pop-up blocking feature.
  2. If you don’t have an online banking account, please go to your bank in person to transact.
