Withdrawal Help

Withdrawal Notice：

  1. You have to be18 years of age or older.
  2. The minimum amount of each free withdrawal is 100 THB or equal value of other currencies.
  3. The deposit must be bet at least 1 time before it can be withdrawn.
  4. Withdrawals will be approved only when the bank account holder name and the name you registered match.
  5. Maxwin reserves the right to require customer to provide identification documentation.

Withdrawals in the following cases may be delayed：

  1. We do not receive the required identification documentation.
  2. The account information submitted is incorrect.
  3. Withdrawal application is submitted at weekend.
  4. The system of payment agent is under maintenance and upgrade.

Withdrawal remarks：

  1. It will be very easy and convenient to transfer via bank, what you need to do is to enter the withdrawal amount and then submit.
  2. please ensure that all of the bank information you provided is accurate.
  3. Withdrawal will be delayed or can not be completed if any error occurs.

Please avoid the following errors：

  1. The bank account holder name does not match the name registered.
  2. Withdrawal password is incorrect.
  3. The bank account (bank card) No. submitted is invalid or incorrect.
  4. Invalid or incorrect bank account region.
  5. Invalid or incorrect address.
  6. The amount you entered is incorrect.
  7. The balance of "My Account " is less than the lower limit of Withdrawal (Please check the balance of Game Purse, and please make use of transfer function to transfer back "My Account" if any. If you are uncleared about the operation method, we provide the illustration for Game Purse Transfers as below or contact with our customer service for further assistance.)
  8. Your computer system to enable the block pop Windows function (if there is, please turn off).

Steps：

  1. Please select your bank account.
  2. Please enter your password set up when the Account is opened (Please contact with our customer service once you have forgotten the password).
  3. Please enter your amount of withdrawal.
  4. After confirming the above information, please click "OK" to submit the application form.
  5. You have finished withdrawal application. We have sent a remittance advice to your email address, please check it.
  6. You must check your bank account whether the funds have been credited back.
